Dr. Silva is dedicated to enhancing people’s lives by transforming their smiles and improving their dental health. His approach to patient care involves listening to and understanding the unique needs and desires of his patients before recommending treatment. Dr. Silva and his staff enjoy educating patients and partnering with them to design a lifelong oral care program. He believes in delivering the same quality of dental care to his patients as he would to his own family members.

Academic Preparation
Dr. Silva earned his DDS degree, with a specialization in prosthodontics, from the University of Itauna in Brazil in 1995 and he went on to earn his DMD, with top honors, from NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale in 2012. While at NOVA, he earned several awards from the American Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) and the Academy of Osseointegration for his excellence in prosthodontics. Upon graduating, Dr. Silva successfully completed a one year Implant Fellowship program at NOVA and went on to present hundreds of documented implant cases to the Board of Examiners at the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, earning him the prestigious designation of Diplomate. His country of origin is Brazil, where he specialized in cosmetic dentistry and prosthodontics in his own dental office for eight years. Today, Daytona Beach is fortunate to have Dr. Silva in his own dental office at Lakeside Daytona Dentist.
